Q: Are your crystals natural?

A: Yes. Every stone is a genuine, natural crystal. Because nature never repeats itself, slight variations in color, pattern, and size are normal — your piece is one of a kind. Any treatments (e.g., heat enhancement) are always disclosed on the product page.

Q: Will my bracelet look exactly like the photo?

A: Very close, but not identical. Natural crystals vary in shade and pattern from stone to stone. We photograph real inventory to keep expectations honest.

Q: How do I find my size?

 A: Wrap a string around your wrist, mark where it meets, and measure it. Our bracelets come in S (6"), M (7"), and L (8"). Most women wear M.

Q: How do I care for my crystal jewelry?

A: Keep it dry, avoid perfume and lotion directly on the stones, and store it in the pouch provided. Many of our customers also like to cleanse their crystals under moonlight — a tradition, not a requirement.

Q: Do crystals really have "energy"?

 A: We believe they do — and people across cultures have carried stones for their energy for thousands of years. We share these traditions as inspiration; what your piece means is ultimately yours to define.

Q: Where do you ship from, and how long does it take? 

A: Every piece is handmade in our seaside studio on Hainan Island, China, and ships directly from our hands to yours. Delivery to the United States typically takes 7-12 business days. Orders over $75 ship free.
